wonder if the mods are sick of locking these topics. No one knows when the patch will be released from Microsoft Cert testing. There's a lot of rumor and loose talk about dates, but no one -not even 4J themselves - know. They too are waiting to hear back from Microsoft.
The silver lining in all this, is that no news is good news! Microsoft has no reason to say anything unless they've found a major bug and the patch needs to be reworked. Since all is quiet on that front, we can assume for now that we are all good
Furthermore, The first place where information will be found about the release bate is on 4J's Twitter feed here https://twitter.com/4JStudios But i warn you they've already told us that they have no more information than we have. We've all got to be patient and not get swept up in the hype and troll dung floating around out there.
Any mention of a concrete day up to this point is fake and more than likely the work of a troll trying to get you upset. The trolls have been out in full force on this one making all kinds of fake claims and getting people to believe them. They've been very effective at pretending to be 4J on other forums, especially XBLA, so I'd suggest ignoring anything that looks like it was posted by 4J on anything other than official sites until 4J gives us word on that twitter feed!

If you wanna know, just follow 4JStudios on their official Twitter account (http://www.twitter.com/4JStudios). If they don't know, they will tell you they don't know. And if they tell you a date, you can be sure.
To resume, they finished the update and sent it to Microsoft cert testing the 2. Now it's in the hands of Microsoft so if it takes times, blame Microsoft. 4JStudios also said that it could take 1 to 2 weeks. So basically, it's our fault (including me guys ! lol) if we are frustrated...
So if there's no bug and everything is OK it's ALMOST sure that it will be released this coming week. But again, check 4JStudios to be sure.
