UPDATE: Now 4 dungeons with no digging


Hey guys! I'm new to the forums but I usually look here for info.

Today I generated a new seed that is going to blow your minds. I'll walk you through it.

If you want a legitimate way of finding the best stuff in the game, this is a great map.

I have been in this ONE cave for over 2 hours and it is HUGE. In that time I found 3 dungeons near the entrance, tons of gold, obsidian, diamonds you name it.

I haven't even explored the rest of the world yet, I've been only in this one cave! Who knows what else is on this seed.


This is probably one of the biggest cave systems you'll ever see! It goes all the way to floor 13 or less without digging! Most of the stuff is literally around the corner from other stuff. Its insane.


I was joking around and typed in MINE DAT CRAP since I know it generates a nice seed on PC but on xbox its entirely different and I'm here to share the results:

When you spawn, you will be surrounded by sand land mass and water around it. somewhere nearby there's going to be a mountain of sand with a hole in it.

Make sure you get a lot of wood for your pickaxe and torches.

Cave Entrance: X: -24 , Y:80 , Z: -22


When you enter the cave, you'll see some water on the right. Go straight and slightly to the left and you'll see a hole: drop down and you'll find an abundance of Iron and Coal to start your journey. From there continue on to find what I have listed.

You can literally start from the entrance and work your way down to the first 5 diamonds at the bottom of the cave without digging at all! (see #1 on list of diamond findings)

Guys, this place is huge. I'm going to keep searching as much as I can and I hope you will too. Just a note: I haven't destroyed any walls or anything to find this stuff its just lying around all over. There's just loads of lapis, redstone, coal, you name it.

I found the first cluster of diamonds and one fell in the lava I was like "NO!"

OK guys I just found a 4th dungeon. I'm updating the first post.

Thanks for sharing! This seed is one of the best seeds for caves I have seen for the XBox. I spent almost three hours in there and found 26 diamonds, and I am not sure that I explored all of it.

I don't think the intention was to bring him down (I could be wrong) but there IS a dedicated thread for this topic where 99% of the community knows to go for seed finds. Granted, the OP might not have known, but he can take this as a lesson that if he wants the most people to notice his seed, he should post it in the best seed list.

As it is, this sounds like a great seed. I was told that there were no more than 3-4 dungeons per seed, and I am in one where I have found five thus far, and the resources are plentiful. This sounds like a similar find. Well done!

I meant no disrespect at all to the OP, my post definitely sounded like a complete **** thing to say and I do apologize.

On a side note, he has damn sure found more diamonds then myself. Also on the topic of dungeons, my world has 20 confirmed so far, all found by another member here on the forums who gave me the seed for his world.
