I am a veteran minecraft player. i played the free version of the pc until the xbox 360 version was released and ive been playing that non stop ever since. on my first world, "So it begins..." Seed: World, about one and half months into the game i was working on my basement, refinishing with pictures and green wool for a pool table, and i came down to all of my pictures knocked off and on the ground in a pile, like someone had picked them up and thrown them all into a little 1x1 block spot. i deduced it was a glitch picked them back up and replaced them. this first world always had strange occurances such as; Sheep/Pigs dissappearing once you turned a corner only to find wool/pork/seeds? trees only going up to the bottommost layer of leaf with wood, then being hollow on the inside. a lot of large X's dug into the grass usually 10 blocks long each way, sometimes 5 or 15. not sure if this is just the game or not but also there were times where the sun would go down on one side, only to have another sun rise where the moon should be. these were all frequent, and having played for a while, i noticed that these things shouldnt be natural. so i started a new world, i named this one, "update 1" with seed: "seedgenerator". this world was normal in all ways up until last night. last night i came home to my main house on fire. this is not an outdoor house. there were plenty of 30 block high wooden structures outside. by the time i got there the whole place was on fire. i noticed that it seemed almost as if someone had ran around with a flint and steel, instead of there being a place of origin. you know how most fires have a giant gaping fireless hole by the end of them where the fire started, well this was almost every block of wood burning at once. in a 20x20 wooden house. i saw a sign that i had not placed at the far end next to my bed, i ran back into the fire to read it, it read. Line 1-"Never" Line 2-"Ending" Line 3-"Dread". i burned alive and every ore, tool, and block ive ever picked up was in there. its all gone.
