Congrats for coming up with an original thread- moving a xbox world to a pc.
Every thread I've seen is about how to move a pc world to the xbox, or why we can't have pc-like worlds on the xbox.
No, you can't do it.
And you wouldn't want to, no matter how much building you've done.
Well, unfortunately you can't. This was the first thing I checked if PC and XBOX worlds can be shared, but due to different coding and other Xbox proprietary stuff, cannot be done.
Only thing you can do is to move your Xbox world on PC - mod it - and take it back to Xbox. This is the only way to share worlds on Xbox but it is a violation of Xbox Live's TOS , so you have a small risk. Every mod has a small risk if it is not official.
Short answer - no. The two versions of the game are written in two different programming languages and are "mutually exclusive." PC worlds can't be read by the MCXBLA and MCXBLA worlds can't be read by MCPC. You'll have to start a new world and start over.
If your on the PC you shouldn't have to move it.
Unless your world is great,

I'm going to try this!
Foolish, IMO.
