Nobody knows. Cert testing can take up to 10 business days, which would amount to 14 normal days, which would be the 19th, since Columbus day was not a business day. So it could be out as late as the 19th. Just have patience.
Also be sure to read the forum rules next time. Redundant threads, such as ones asking about the 1.8 update, aren't allowed.
