No. It will not. Microsoft will announce the release date to 4J Studios who will let everyone else know. Not just send it out.
You can't clarify they will let us know.. for a few updates we were notified a few hours prior, even less than that possibly.And yes everyone, i know how the cert testing works, and the history of days the past updates went through.. Like i said, Wishful thinking =.
Umm.. they also have one in Greece. Microsoft has facilities all over the world. Pretty much every major American corporation does this, because foreign labor is cheap. Haven't you ever heard of Nike? My point is, they're not only located in the U.S. Their "corporate headquarters" is really just a campus. Note, I said they had a campus in the U.S.
Also got a H.Q campus in the UK. If I was in 4JS I wouldnt tell anyone the rollout day/time and let people find it for themselves. Users will find it, others will read the forum for the bugs and load it. It would stop people posting they didnt get it on the said time and date.
Does anyone think the update will start rolling out around 5 AM EST Tuesday?(roughly 10 hours from now)

Retired StaffTheir campus is in the US. Their HQ is in Greece. Not sure where testing takes place, but I'm going to guess at the HQ.
And their bathrooms are just down the hall and to the left.
