Hello! As you should know, 4J Studios has already sent the 1.8.2 build to Microsoft to be tested (click on link if you don't believe me: https://twitter.com/...239877041258496). And this topic is about what you can do to pass the time while waiting for the new update. Feel free to post what you are, will, or did while waiting for Microsoft to release the update. I will add more to my list as I come up with them, or if I see one I like down below. 4J Studios has announced that the 1.8.2 update has passed cert testing, WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The update will be released 2am PDT (10am in UK)! Better start duplicating some TNT and redstone torches
:-( ): Start a quarry! What better way to look for diamonds than to mine up an entire chunk or two!

:-( ): Create a wool masterpiece! What better way to scare your mc noob friend, than by making a giant !
:-( ): Make a song out of noteblocks! This should certainly be a bit challenging

:-( ): Build a maze! Then see how long it takes for your friends to finish!
:-( ): Haunt your maze! Select the Herobrine skin, bust out a diamond sword, and scare the out of your maze runners!

i would just get on my friends map and do large builds or just have fun with redstone and try to make cool stuff might even work on a huge tribute to 4JSTUDIOS and Mojang

I have been spending the last three days making a big flat spot to build on later. It started as a 100x100 area but kinda got out of hand.
To bad for me the trees didn't burn down all the way, plus it has gotten way bigger than I planned. I couldn't just have my flat land run into a cliff from a hill that used to be there.
I get the urge to play all the time, but when I go on, that urge disappears as I realize anything I build, I'll just have to build again lol.
So for now while I wait, i've been finding stuff I want to make, and drawing out blueprints on graph paper for stuff I'm going to make when creative mode comes out

Same here. Whenever I play, I just wander about my house. I'll get an idea, grab some materials, get another idea, put the materials back and grab new ones, then get another idea... you get the picture. The main reason I started this was to see what everybody else was doing
