Yes, I've found one too. I was actually pretty suprised that they existed on the Xbox edition.
I'm sure they are delicious but I don't think I could eat a whole one. While gold is one of the softer metals, I still think it would hurt my teeth after a few bites.

Calling someones post stupid because they have an opinion is selfish, & not to mention stupid. Like I said, Glacier is a well known seed, & many, many people have found a golden apple on it.

I found one on my randomly generated world. wow it lives in a chest in my vault. Its a shame some items can't be placed on blocks so people could view it, like cakes on a table. Then you could put a cool item on a pedestal on a pressure pad and rig up a trap indiana jones style

Congratulations though.
It's now a keepsake. Golden apples are pretty cool looking. Not sure what it does in the 360 Edition since I never ate it.
Not 100% sure if it would heal all your hearts or grant regeneration. I read up on it. I'm curious now so I'll try it out tomorrow and see for myself.
