when i open up a world in creative build something example a parkour course then can i save and exit go and open the same world in survival. Or maybe open my old survival world spawn in melons and a few other items save and exit, then open the world back up in survival and it have all that stuff in it?

I plan on making a farm house and farm, getting a bit of supplies, then switch to survival.
