Just a thread to tell others what you like the most in minecraft Xbox. I personally find redstone and pixel art more interesting then buildings but I wanna know what you guys prefer!

Eh, I'm not crazy about pixel art. I enjoy highly detailed and well thought out buildings and lately I've been obsessed with secret underground bases.

yeah, i really am not a huge fan of all that pixel art and redstone, although ive tried both and know they take true skill, im more of a big building fan.

Definitely redstone. I feel accomplished when I can create even simle redstone inventions so seeing the complex things alot of people come up with blows my mind.

I still find mansions, castles and all that stuff pretty amazing. Pixel art only amazes me when it's original and a decent size. The photorealistic pixel art just blows my mind completely.

for a "WOW @[email protected]" factor, redstone creations take the cake. i know how hard it is to make complex redstone contraptions (because i have tried and failed many, many times) and just to see some of the stuff the community makes blows me away. before i started to regularly post here i always thought i was an ok minecraft player. but after being here for a few months i feel like the biggest newb ever. haha


but! for a "man thats SO COOL" factor, i'd go with buildings/structures. i love to see the house/castle/town designs people make.

Wow! Thanks for all the replies. Right now I have a small cool pixel art world and a medium sized modern village. Which one would you guys rather want to see? I'm just curious because I really want people to like what they see when they join my worlds..once again, thanks!

Buildings always amaze me when hey are detailed, aesthetically pleasing, and creative.

Here are a few examples of builds that I was floored over. They're all done by the same builder TobiwanK3nobi (on the PC). He is a very famous Minecraft Mega-Builder.

they're all impressive but I think redstone is the hardest to master and some redstone creations are bigger than most buildings so I would have to say redstone

I agree. I usually only like redstone when It's paired with structures.

picel art can become really easy once you have it down.. so for me, its more of buildings. then redstone, and then pixel art
