I think £20 is pretty cheap, arcade or not. You definetly get your money's worth, you could play this for years. You see other games you might play for a month that cost about £60.
Yeah of course, its an addicting game that you can put down for a couple months if you're truly tired of it, pick it right back up. How many games does the average person have just lying around that they put out full retail price for?
These guys are doing terrific. 4J has already brought forth many things that where meant for later updates, anywhere from bug fixes to more items, that will drastically help in keeping MCXBLA a fun game. They have also kept us updated by this websites TwitterFeed as well as keeping it fairly descriptive of this updates contents.

It's not even £20... More like £15 (it's $20 USD, and the exchange rate is around .75 Euros per Dollar.)
its an arcade game lol $20 is even much + minecraft on pc is the same price
No dude, for a quality title like Minecraft, second in popularity only to whatever Call of Duty game the kids are raving about these days, $20 bucks is a STEAL, AND we get free updates. Also, PC is sliiiiiightly more expensive. $26 I believe? Not exactly bank-breaking, but it's almost 10 bucks.
As a company, I am unsure as this is the first time i have actually followed a release of patches for anything... All I do know is they are doing their job well, keeping a decent amount of honest info out into the populous of what is going on, as well bringing the updates within a reasonable amount of time. That is good in my book. Interested in what they would bring after the 1.2.3, but that will be a while yet.
I appreciate all they have done so far, and hope they keep it up, with a bit of a break now and then of course. Nothing like someone making something on a tired or venge streak...So pace it and tune it up best they can when they can.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
First off, Minecraft will NEVER be or have everthing everybody wants it to have. Including myself. Yes, theres somethings i would like to see in game but they probably will never be added. But iam fine with this. How i see it, Theres so many things the game does have that is so amazing. So my point is why focus on what we DONT have and recognize what we DO have. Optimism.
Second off, i think that Notch and Mojang are brillant. They created such a simplistic game that its as big if not bigger than some of the most popular games on the market. The graphics and game play are so simple and i feel like they give me a break from the realistic graphics that alot of games have nowadays. It makes me appricate them even more.
Lastly, the sky's the limit in this game. It lets me be as creative as i want to be. A buddy of mine asked me one time what minecraft was all about and what you could do it game. My answer. Anything you want, well almost anything.
Again, just my opinions.
Ok end of fanboy post lol.
You folks are the best for not only bringing Minecraft to the 360, but also for listening to player feedback and implementing suggestions whenever possible. That, along with twitter q and a and posting on more than one message board shows you really care about the game and community.
