My Xbox only has one Live account. I play split screen, with one of us using the primary save and the other playing as Guest.
What happens to the guest's stuff when they exit? Normally, we try to make sure that the person playing as guest empties their stuff into a chest before exiting the game. But sometimes, we forget or the console gets switched off accidentally. Really ticked off because the last time it happened, the person playing guest just got enough obsidian to make a portal. We thought we hit "Save" but apparently hit "Save and Exit" instead. We start the game back up and the obsidian is nowhere to be found.
First time I played split screen with my nephew i gave him all my diamonds, so I found that out the hard way If i could make a suggestion, create a guest account just for split screen so they don't loose anything when they leave.
Wow, i've never had someone logged in with a guest account. After reading all of this I'm glad i didn't! I, too, am wondering it that was intentional or a bug. This is the first i'm even hearing about it! I wonder if 4J themselves know it happens.

I wonder if it isn't this feature regarding guests that is somehow triggering the inventory bug in some worlds?
