There are no items availe for purchase at this time. I would really like to buy all the skin packs like right now, but I can't due to this small error. Why am I getting this error?

it happened to me too but if u have other storage press x in the world selection and which storage u want and go back to downloadable
contents and it should show up. if you want to go back to the storage just go back should show up
