When ever on my world "High Temple" i save and exit and i come back to the map all of my stuff that i have saved with is gone... could it be the seed Glacier? My friend told me my world is on its road to corruption. What does this mean, is there a way to fix it?
This is a well known bug in the game right now (#1 on the official bugs list - pinned on this forum). Right now, there is no fix; but no definitive proof that your entire world is about to corrupt/crash/crater either. The recommended action right now is to be sure to place all your inventory items in a chest each time before you exit the game. That way, they will still be in the chest when you re-enter the game. I'm sure 4J Studios have been working very hard to resolve this glitch and there will probably be a fix to it in the upcoming update.
Will this fix my current server or will it be stuck like this...
No one really knows yet. Depends on what 4J finds out as to what's actually causing the bug and what they can do to fix it. When the update comes out, just give it a try and see what happens. Until then, not much you can do other than keep putting your items in a chest before you leave. If you want to, I suppose, you could abandon that world and start a new one. The glitch seems to be pretty random. It hits some worlds and not others and there really doesn't appear to be a definite pattern as to what worlds it hits and what worlds it doesn't hit. Some people have theories that include duping and/or too many people visiting a world. However it has happened also in world's where the person hasn't duped at all and in worlds where very few players have ever been there. So, I would say, both of those theories don't really hold water as the cause of this.
There were some tweets about 2 weeks back stating they had managed to re-create the bug. That usually indicates they are a long way to fixing it.
In the twitter conversation, 4J was pretty clearly following the "person count" explanation. They even (finally) got the guy to admit that "100's of people had visited my world, but only 8 people play on it with me regularly..."

Well, that makes sense. Every time someone joins & then exits, an inventory file has to be created & kept for that individual (if only for the map). I doubt it would take up a lot of room... but a whole lot of little things make one big thing

Well, it happened in one of my worlds and in a couple my friend's kids play in. At most, 4 players/visitors as they play pretty much all the time offline
