I believe you can in MCEdit. It won't point the caves out for you though, you'll still have to look around. Also, you may need an older version of MCEdit, as the new one is based on the Anvil format.

MCEdit is a versatile map utility, designed for moving blocks from one level to another. With it, you can open a level of nearly any type and fly around in glorious 3D with multiple levels of detail! Select millions of blocks and clone them anywhere else in the level. Fill a boxy selection with the block of your choice, or replace one kind of block with another. Export blocks to a "schematic" file for later use. Import a schematic or an entire level into any world using the crane. Move the player or his spawn point. Create and and remove chunks from the world. Fill blackened areas with light. Find bugs!
I know what it is, I didn't think it was on XBOX however.
That's not the point, OP isn't looking for a world editor. He just wants a layout of the map, showing caves and whatnot. I'm pretty sure a tool that can do that doesn't exist, so I suggested the next best thing. I believe there was a feature in MCEdit where you could start a new world, entering a seed if you prefer, I'm not positive on this as I haven't used MCEdit in some time, and never created a new map with it. If it does work though, you can zoom around the map much faster than walking, and just noclip through the ground.

They should add something like that tho for MC360.

I agree, or at least WorldEdit. It's basically the same thing, but is an in-game mod instead of an exterior program. It's pretty much copy and paste for blocks.

Yeah, I figure that. I hit your quote by mistake. It happens. & to answer your question, no, it is not on Xbox.
