I know when Enderman were introduced for the first time on pc, they had an ability to remove blocks such as cobblestone from things you've built. I was wondering, will they will be able to do that on Xbox? or will 4jStudios not make Enderman able to do this when 1.8 is released. I hope not because if they can, it will cause problems with alot of my projects. Thanks.
Endermen were later nerfed (reduced) on the PC version. 4J have only shown a screenshot and a short video containing Endermen so it's hard to tell whether they will be able to move all blocks or only a few.
If they are the original Endermen, they will be able to move every single block in the game, including Bedrock. If they are the newer Endermen, they will only be able to move these...
Grass
Dirt
Sand
Clay
Gravel
Mycelium (after 1.8)
Dandelion
Rose
Brown Mushroom
Red Mushroom
Cactus
Pumpkin
Melon
TNT
They may be the nerfed kind because 4J gave them the correct audio and the newer purple eyes. That may mean they won't have their full original ability to move all blocks either.
Yes, Endermen have made in appearance to the MCXBLA version as of the September 15th trailer showing the new mobs. Also, in that trailer, is an endermen holding a sand block, along with the other two staring conspicuously, so yes; Endermen are in the next update, and, sadly in your case, yes, the can and will pick up blocks.

Unless they take something really rare like gold or diamond block them taking blocks shouldn't be a big concern and as people above have said they'll probably be the nerfed enermen.
You can't just Copy and Paste game code to a new system mate. You have to write the equivilant of Java on the XBox code system.
I've heard they have to re-write the code in C++. I'm guessing there's only one official compiler for the 360's operating system, which is for C++. Not sure exactly why they do it that way...

The way I read the Wiki is that the pre-nerfed version only appeared in the pre-release of 1.8 and was nerfed by the time the official 1.8 release was out. So I think they will probably be the already nerfed version when they make their appearance on XBox. It's just my guess though.
ETA: One question I have is whether or not they teleport into places (e.g. like a person's home base) without provocation. Can they just appear right in front of you while you're in your home?
