Some friends and I run the RPG server Atlas which has gotten fairly popular. However, we ran into a bug which now causes our server to freeze every 30-45 minutes. Now we are waiting until the next update to start a new world. So lately, we made a website and started throwing all our new ideas together and started mapping out and planning out how we want the server to go. We seem to have a good idea of what we want, so I would appreciate any suggestions on what you guys feel is usually missing from an RPG server so that we can consider it and throw more new ideas in to make this server as fun as possible for a members I will not list what we already have this way I can see what tends to be most popular and what we need to focus on, so feel free to list something that has been previously stated. A prison server would be quite fun, especially when 1.8 comes out, then you can have actual lunches and stuff for the prisoners. Hm.... I would like to do this lol. I remember the Jail custom map back in halo 3 day's.. good times.

That means you need to submit another application which is longer, more detailed, and shows that you put effort in we are picky

Ahh so this is where Toasted got all spirited away to. Custom made video trailers! Advertisements for MC servers are always so bland. That dumb "fraps" watermark is on most video trailer and even straightup screencaps from PC. With fly mode coming in 1.8, those awesome camera shots can be done smoothly now too.

I would want to see apartments that you could rent out and a cool spawn point with reviews of what people think of your world. Good luck!

Check out the Atlas forum thread. Though our RP Mechanics are not published on the thread, it's for a good reason...the instructions for the RP are so long we have a thread for them on our own forums!
