Sounds like the person was asking the wrong company for support. 4J ported it, so they would be the ones providing the technical support for it, not Mojang.
Mojang made Minecraft, but not on xbox. I guess they are responsible for minecraft on xbox,
but they did not create/develop/support MC360. The only connection they have with MC360
is that they communicate with 4J sometimes via Twitter and IRL.

Yes, they made minecraft. And then they hired 4j Studios to make a console port, it's called franchising.
It is true. Mojang does not provide support for the Xbox 360 Edition. If something is wrong with your game, you have to call Xbox/Microsoft Support, not Mojang. How can people who don't even work on the game help you?
WHY????? What "support" is needed?????? Twitter seems to work for questions about MC but any Tech issues should go to MS. 4J made the 360game not Mojang. Mojang just provided the original code.... What is the point of this?????? Just a thought...... I bet if the problem needing "support" was asked here, a solution could be found......... otherwise it's a console problem (MS) either way this is just useless reading IMO. NOBODY can help without knowing the problem... Or, is this just asking what IF I need support????? So what was the original problem??????

Try "googling" the phrase "Who made the XBox Edition of Minecraft".
