Will we be able to switch worlds between creative mode and survival mode when creative mode is out?

The same way you switch now with peaceful and the other difficulties....

Yes. Before you load up a world, you select either Creative or Survival.

There should be an option to switch between the two in-game.

You should also know that switching to creative will permanetly disable leaderboards for that world save. If that kinda thing matters to ya.
