Not only are Pistons and Sticky Pistons shown in the Creative Menus, but we have "visual confirmation" that there will now be ~twelve~ Music Discs available (likely two ~only~ through Creative Mode).
I dearly hope they can solve the issues with Redstone and Redstone Torches. I know that 4J Steve is/was looking into it, and I would love to be able to build the same devices on the 360, that I build on the PC (well, minus my Tripwire Security system, since Tripwires don't even exist yet...).
What do people do with the musis discs anyway? I know you can use them in the music player thing but do people really actually use them? Just curious, I never played PC version and as of now on the 360 the 2 we have available isn't really anything special. Do you play them while you are working in the area or does the music travel across the whole map when it is being played?

I use them when I'm building because I really like some of the music in the added discs.

They don't play over the whole map, only in the area. Once you walk away from the radius of the music, it will cut out and the game will have no music for a little until the background music kicks in a bit. I've only gotten the CAT disc so far and have used it in my houses a few times. Just wish you didn't have to take out the disc and put it back in each time to get it to play.
Redstone and Pistons are Nerfed in 1.8.2!!!! It's all about adventure and exploration NOT building!!!!!! (Just kidding don't hate me) Like said above, they are adding to, Not removing things. Hopefully a few bugs are fixed!!! As for music disks......Trying to get a skelly to shoot a creeper is half the fun but, a change in songs is priceless. I agree with GUY!!!! Some decent songs but, I like having to change the record... Makes MC more realistic

Changing the record is fine. I was just talking about having to remove and place the record back in to get it to play again. Wish I could just punch it to have it play what's already in there when it stops.

I keep a jukebox near my storage area so that I can listen to my music disks whenever I happen to be doing a lot of organizing.
Agreed Garz!!!!! Last time I punched a record it got ruined though....... (I'm just joking friend) Except for the scratches...... Honestly, Jukeboxes are dieing out IRL Sad but true. Forced to listen to the top 40 crap everywhere..... Same songs over and over with a different singer.
Carrots

I particularly like Stal. It's smooth jazz.
I like that! Sounds much better than the repitition of the current Minecraft music.

I know I did.
