Enderman: Don't look AT them... Period...
Silverfish: Same way as zombies, just hit and back up.

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
I do not have any experience fighting any of these mobs, but I have watched many people fight them and I know a thing or two about them. I could be wrong, but I'll do my best.
Endermen wont attack you if you don't look at them. If you get in a fight with them, don't try to take them out using ranged attacks. They will teleport often, so be prepared for them to disappear and reappear. Endermen are damaged when exposed to water, so try throwing a bucket of water on them.
Cave spiders are like spiders except smaller, faster, and more dangerous. They can fit through a one block gap and are not slowed down by cobwebs. Also, they can poison you so you need to try not to get bitten. Try using ranged attacks so you don't take the chance of being bitten. Also, milk cures poison.
Unfortunately, I really don't know much about Silverfish.
I really hope this helps you! Good luck fighting the new mobs!

NEVER EVER EVER use bows on enderman. Projectiles can NEVER hit enderman. If a flaming arrow is shot at an enderman, the enderman will catch on fire. But the arrow itself will not hit

I know bows don't work on them, but would dumping a water bucket on them be like a projectile? I just thought of doing that because it would be like a lava bucket except safer for the player.
Enderman: Don't look AT them... Period...
Silverfish: Same way as zombies, just hit and back up.
Cave spiders: Bows
Can't silverfish call their buddies if they get hurt? I heard a charged bow will one-shot them to prevent that.
Enderman; if you attack one, go for the feet. Also, place a bucket of water down, water kills enderman. They won't be able to touch you w/o getting hurt.
Cave spiders, same with reg spiders, but they can fit through 1x1 spaces. Destroy the spawner too.
If all else fails use lava, tnt, or run the F*** away.
For Endermen, I usually carry a bucket of water with me so I can pour it on them when they start attacking me (water hurts them.)
If you don't have a bucket of water, then hide under something that is only 2 blocks high. That way, you can hide there and the Endermen won't get you (since they are 3 blocks high... I think.)
As for cave spiders? One word. LAVA BUCKET. If you don't have that/or you want to collect the spider's drops, then use the bow and arrow. Flint and steel is also good against them, but it usually takes a few seconds to kill them, and chances are, more would have spawned by the time that one has just finished burning.
Silverfish? Meh, I usually just light them on fire. Either that or use a lava bucket. Besides, they don't drop anything, so I don't see why not doing so.

Enderman: Wearing a pumpkin on your head stops Enderman from attacking you when you look at them. They'll still attack though if you hit them first. When fighting an Enderman, bows do nothing. When you fire a bow at an Enderman, they teleport out of the way. The best way is to use a sword and swing at their legs since their legs are eye level with your character. When fighting them, they will randomly teleport away from you only to reappear behind you. So if one disappears, turn around.
Silverfish: These are easy to fight. Just hit them while backing up. The only time they are dangerous is when you get swarmed by them. Their spawners in Strongholds spawn them quickly and in large numbers. They are also hidden in certain blocks in Strongholds. So if you're mining blocks in a Stronghold, one might pop out of the block you're mining. When attacked, Silverfish may awaken other Silverfish blocks within a 21x11x21 block area around them. Which would result in you getting swarmed by little hostile mobs all at once.
Cave Spiders: Pretty much the same as regular spiders. Just smack and back away. Cave Spider spawners are only in Abandoned Mine Shafts. They are covered in cobwebs which will slow you down to almost not moving, allowing the cave spiders to kill you quickly. They also poison you when they hit you. Most of the time the poison won't kill you, but it can leave you on low enough health that something can hit you once and you die. Milk in a bucket cures poison, but it also fade after about 10 seconds or so.
If the ceiling of your house is high enough to accommodate an Enderman (I believe it's three blocks high), then yes. Enderman can teleport into your house. Also, they can remove blocks from your house.

That depends on if 4J implemented the limited amount of blocks that can pick up. I remember they could pick up ANY block until they were nerfed in 1.0 to only pick up things like dirt.
Endermen: It depends on what you want to do. If you want to attack them for their enderpearls, then don't look at their face. Look at their legs and spam attack it with your diamond sword. If one attacks you and you don't want to fight it, pour a bucket of water on the block your standing on. the endereman will teleport away (if it has the 1.0 AI anyways) and no longer be agressive on you. Pumpkins are annoying because of how much they obstruct your view.
Cave Spider: If you're on easy (and maybe normal? I can't remember), they won't poison you. You just deal with them like a normal spider them. If you're in hard, just use your bow and arrows or just tank them. Regardless, you won't see them unless they're near a spawner. Whatever difficulty you're in, I would advise getting rid of the spawner as quickly as you can.
Silverfish: You don't need to worry about these in my opinion. Just attack them like any other mob with a diamond sword. They can spawn more silverfish if there are more stone bricks or stone nearby so you should be careful of that. If you have more than 5 near you and they keep spawning, I would just run since they will either despawn or go back into stone bricks.

teleport behind you, so keeping your back to the wall helps.

None of those Endermen died. They all teleported.
