Name the best one you have built and the ones that were meant OT be awesome yet failed. Name it I can try to build it. I'm pretty good w/Redstone. But anyways, I need some new ideas! What's the best thing you've built

Best creation so far ( im new to minecraft and pistons especially ) was probably my elevator that goes up to my presidential suite in my hotel that i made. Elevator goes up 40 or so blocks. Doesnt always work tho. Id say it woks like 85% of the time.

Biggest fail. Spending hours trying to build a zipper elevator instead of the sprial one i built. When i finnaly finished i hopped in it. It took me almost to the top then glitched and i fell to my death.

Ive also build a few showers in my hotel that work with a lever and some lights that are hooked up to a button. Those r cool and actually work quite well

Best creation: A 9 digit number lock with a 4 digit password. Spent about an hour building it. Another contraption I'm proud of is a rapid fire arrow dispenser while sticky piston traps them on the pressure plate. There is an iron door in front of the pressure plate to give an illusion that's there just to open the door. Sometimes it jams up but it usually kills fast.

Biggest fail:None so far and I hope to keep it this way.

Best: I used about 30 peices of TNT a bunch of resdstone and repeaters to level a large area for a build.

Biggest fail: I spent about 5 hours building a up and down elevator from a youtube tutorial. I should have know that it wouldn't work. I don't know what version on the PC the video is from, but every time I use it on xbox world I get stuck inside of it and have to pick axe a few blocks to get out.

Biggest Fail: TNT trap wiring. (Forgot to turn off lever)

For me it would be my chest /crafting/furnace room , or my very first big redstone build. i made a 4x50 drawbridge with working lock, and is all my design but i'm sure its been done before. i have a video of it if anybody would like me to post it. also sorry for what ever reson this website will not let me capitalize my letters when using my phone.

if this does not work you can just youtube search 4x50 drawbridge.

Back in the day, a friend and I tried to build a minecart cannon to launch ourselves into the sky. Unfortunaty, we miss placed a TNT block and the whole thing was destroyed.....

I built a 40x40 piston tic tac toe board and a 12 hour digital clock. I failed at the clock so

Best: Boat Racing Stalls (2 auto boat launchers attached to a drag style racing start light)

Fail: automated gate system using fence (a friend finally got it to work, but never quite the way we wanted)
