roxio game cap, it's not the best but it's the cheapest hd capture card on the market (it's 60 dollars)

Get the genuine EzCap, not the cheap 6 dollar one but from the official site. Or you can go all out on the new Elgato HD game capture its about $170. id prefer ezcap since it's only MineCraft graphics ur recording

Hauppauge HD PVR, and if you're looking for deals I guess craigs list would do the trick.
