Ok, I've been wanting to make a thread about this but just decided to plop it here.
Their needs to me more ambiance noise! While outside, you should be able to hear the Wind blowing, Tree's reacting to the wind, A whole array of birds chirping, Bugs, and whatever else that you may hear while outside.
After the amount of time an experienced Minecraft player puts into this game, The Music starts to become GHAASTLY and it literally pains me to hear it, but yet if you turn it off theirs nothing else to listen to at all. Besides the pop pop popping of blocks getting placed or beat up.
I personally would love this. This was in the "Tekkit" mod on Minecraft PC and it fit so nicely and is so much better then 3 tracks being constantly repeated.
what i meant was can we make it more like a computer server instead of just being able to play with a limited # of players
Xbox would not be able to handle an unlimited person server. Increasing the limit to something like 12 or 16 should be doable, but it lags enough when you have 8 people.

I completely agree. I think there should be things like different breads of birds and fish as well as different wildlife like squirrels, rabbits, bugs...etc. The music does get painfully annoying and having different wildlife would make things more interesting and realistic. Make it so you can catch different fish, some more rare then others and some heal more then others it would just be cool to see
More Village interactions moving in, Marriage, having kids, choosing gender of player
I agree with the gender thing that would be cool. But marriage and having kids you can kinda do on your own. There would be no reason for a computer wife or children other then just the feel of it. But you can always "marry" other players, create a church or field to get married in, etc.
few more ores like the tekkit pack has suck as tin and copper also would like chairs fridges tables tv's you know small aesthetics to make the game look better over all
Maybe different kinds of boats, steam bots, galleons, etc.
The only boat existing now breaks too easily and the movement is too un-precise.
Maybe horses and chariots, where you use like a moving chest and has the capacity of two chests.
Maybe powered train cabins (at cost of many coal), where you can attach it with carts and carts together to create a fully operational locomotive!
I don't find the RPG elements that cool. They should focus more on survival and building, and a bit of adventure.
Some things from Industrialcraft, like new ways of getting energy (no need to add wires).
Painting glass like with the leather armor (many color combinations!).
And some decorational stuff.
Agreed with most of ideas, especially with corvex2's, jukeboxes. Maybe attach it with speakers for larger sound reach? How about headphones, so you can listen without anyone disturbing and only listening to the music (could be replaced with "disc" players)?
paint + paint brushes would be awesome. it'd give houses a lot more vairety and uniqueness. i also agree with more sounds/music. anymore when i play i'll have some random tv show playing on my computer, just because i don't want to listen to minecraft. haha

Hmmm, yeeess, indeed. And maybe have the ability to write down stuff on paper? Give paper more use than making books and using it as currency perhaps?

What about blocking(parry)? It shows on wiki that the pc had it but have not heard anything about this? I would imagine we will get and would assume it would be "Left trigger" correct? I sure would like to take half damage on an exploding creeper or how ever it works!
Nevermind, I finally found another page on wiki that does show LT as block!
-Mob spawners added to the creative inventory.
-Option that allows only the host to break blocks.
-Option to turn off gamertags above players' heads.
-"Hours played" on the leaderboards.
-Servers.
-Up to 12 players.
-Skin creator.
-Ability to set player spawn points. (Up to 8 spawn points)

didn't they do something like that in the pc version..O_o The book quill thing.... Saw that on the wiki... from the sounds of it that is what that does, and would be happy to have that kind of feature. Especially if you can place them on a bookshelf, that would be interesting.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
Music - I'm no expert with the xbox, but is there a way to play your own music while playing MC? Or maybe some way to stream iHeart Radio while playing? Like someone said earlier, the music in game starts to grow old after hours of building. A custom playlist would be nice, if doable. Personally I'd like to jam my own tunes while building and stuff.

On the xbox, you can play your own music in ANY game, using the built in music player. You need to either have music ripped onto the hard drive, or you can attach any mp3 player with a USB cable and play your own tunes while you game. Just go to the music section in the dashboard menu, and select the player, then select the device where your music is located, and select what you want to play. After it begins playing, you will be able to back out of all the menus and start your game while your music continues to play.
I would like the ability to be able to repair my pickaxe and other items, abit like what happens in the fallout games, i know it may never happen but its what i would like to see one day
Making a new one is way easier though... How would you repair it instead of just quickly making one?

you could just stream music to your xbox from your computer or ipod...
