Yes, thats right. According to the tweet below, 4J replied yes to the update being within 2 or so weeks, but remember we still have to have cert testing. Cert testing max is 10 days. I just checked 4J's whole feed for the last few hours and there's something really weird going on again. The conversation you're quoting MG appears twice in their feed list, once with the "next two weeks" statement and once without it. I'd caution against unrestrained joy here people!

4J needs to make some sort of announcement that clarifies the status of the update. This has been happening far too often lately, and I'm sure this forum isn't the only group of people irritated with getting their hopes up only to have them smashed to the ground in a few hours. 4J just kinda leaves it out there. They need to give us some crystal clear information that tells everyone exactly everything that 4J knows about the status of the update. This way, there is no confusion, irritation, or disappointment. Nobody knows what the h*ll is going on here and I can tell people are getting angry. I have a good amount of patience, but this is making me very angry as well.
Please 4J, if you're reading this, let us in on the status of the update so we know for sure. I know you're normally very forthcoming with information, but with all this twitter confusion and speculation we need some clarity. Please!

At this point I just ignore what anybody says about the update.
Until 4J directly says, "The update will be in cert testing [blank]" I won't believe anything I hear about it. I don't care about what anybody else says, what 4J states in an unspecific yes or no reply. I have to see it directly, in a crystal clear fashion.

If it were, there would be a response under it in that link, just like the response to the first question about gameplay and screenshots.
I wouldn't call this time a manipulation. I think Twitters poor reply structure lead to this one.
