i think it would be kool if they added the aether mod to the 360 edition when they do the 1.8.2 update cause it would make it kick ass anyone eals think so

fail why would they add a mod to it when pc has not plus they don't own the aether mod

what is the aether mod? and personally I hope to see texture packs in the future.

i still think it would be kool and its not like they cant make up there owen verison of it anyways i just like that mod and we wont ever see it on the xbox unless they make it ways

I think any major PC Mod should be added to the 360 version. But then there's the issue with obtaining the rights to get those mods. etc.

The Aether is the opposite of the nether. The nether being desolate. The Aether being blissful. With flying pigs and other unique mobs and such. Feel free to check it out.

From what I understand modders don't have those rights since all they did was alter the game without the developers permission.

"Modders" programs don't change the original code of the game, which is against Mojang's Terms Of Use.

See the "One Major Rule" and "What You Can Do" parts.

A mod is an addition to,or expansion of, the existing code. Completely different.
And the modder does own the (copy)right to his expansion.

How have you been on the forums this long.... And know nothing about mods

thanks for haveing nice things to say on my post i dont really post on most stuff just join to read and comment once in a while

I'd like to see pixelmon but thats highly unlikely as its based off an actual trademark. however things such as a slenderman reskin for endermen id like to see in some sort of texture pack, or the new creepypasta mod

The creepypasta mod introduces new hostile mobs and a Pc computer (how they are crafted because theyr crafted into pages) the mobs are Smile wolf, an invincible dog thats somewhat like an enderman its diguised as a real dog and turns into a Cerberus (resident evil) looking dog when looked at then chases you. then theres The Rake, a white monkey looking thing that is insanely fast and 1 hit kills you. then theres Jeff the Killer and he weilrds a knife and looks like the joker with rabies he deal 8 hearts damage each hit but drops his knife which is more powerful than the diamond sword, but rare drop though, then theres jane the killer and she fights jeff sortof like an iron golem or snow golem which defends you, shes the only passive mob. heres a video link:



It would be PERFECT considering Halloween is coming up

I think they should introduce some decent texture packs first...
