I want to make some sort of elevator with normal pistons but cant seem to find a way to do that without sticky pistons. I have tried everything to find slimes and i am just unable to. If anyone knows a way to make an elevator with normal pistons let me know please.
Well I made an elevator with sticky pistons that goes up and down from a tutorial on youtube.
It took me about five hours to make and it doesn't quite work. I think it is a difference between xbox and pc versions. But I haven't seen any that don't use a sticky piston.
Go to you tube and search "minecraft elevator 1.7.3 piston" . There is a video by sefiekun titled nonsticky piston elevator. I didn't watch it but it should help. Sorry no link I don't have a web address shown on you tube app.

It's only done with sticky pistons. There is a link somewhere in a thread that will help you find slime spawns.
