I really don't like to rag on big company's since they make up the economy but if they charge everyone for each skin pack they buy instead of chargeing them once for the skin creator they end up making more and chances are the people the lawyers represent wouldn't get royalties since the one who created the skin is some random dude.But now that I think of it would any minecraft skin even carry half the likeness of any character?

Some skins look a lot like their basis counterparts.



I could easily tell who all of these (except the prisoner) were when I first saw them without even reading their names.

Banjo looks a hell of a lot like Banjo.

Agreed but that wouldn't hold up in court would it? especially since banjo is bulgey and in Minecraft he is square.

All that matters is that someone could look at it and immediately see Banjo, like I did.

It is his likeness and that's all that matters.
