I wan't to say that I think it kinda sucks for players who actually spent time building up their world to have to just make a new one because of this update. Me being new to this game..... am I to expect this from every update? Should I just not play the game until they have done all of the updates that way I don't have to waste time and create 4 different worlds? I understand that there is probably a good reason for them doing that, but I still think it's kinda sucky.

its not like you have to, and as terrain generation is still changing now on the pc waiting until its all done is silly as it may not ever be...
and its not like your worlds will vanish or anything you just dont have the new terrain in them.
Why is it so bad for people to apparently give up their old worlds. I've been working on mine since release, got every single last material I needed to make my town. Made awesome builds that I will love forever. However, I don't even care if I have to make a new world to use the new features. I am just simply gonna have a new world for survival and new world for Creative.

I understand what you mean, but for me... I haven't even explored half my map. I play only on weekends really and even then a few hours here or there. I have made some things, nothing amazing. Still makes me a little upset knowing most of it will never be played on again once this update comes out. The good side of things is that there will be a toggle for survival/creative. I think that feature is a brilliant move and will be appreciated by a lot of people. On my other question though, about having to create a new world for "every update"...Is this true? I mean, essentially won't I(we) have to create a new world each time to get the new features? In the end, it's a game and I will get over it =]
Can't wait for the update, going to start a fresh place with some friends and build away. I wonder how long it will take for XBLA to catch up to PC.
Wait why the **** can't I get achevments on creative thats bull.(I already hav all the achevements I just think this is stupid.)
That would be one great way to cheat the leaderboards if you you had it enabled during creative. All tou would hve to di o get to the top is go on a punching spree across the map. Or have an unlimited amount of wheat and whatever else and build a farm to make you be able to get higher on the leaderboards, im not one for leadeboards but i can see why they disabled the boards for creative. It would be far to easy to move up the leaderboards
Disappointing; but it is what it is I guess. I'd rather have this sized world on XBox than no world at all (and a crashed XBox). In my main world where I play single player, it's really large enough anyways. I'm never going to make use of every inch of it. I can see where it can be a bit of an issue in world's where several players are mining and building; but I guess it just means those games will have to retire worlds as they deplete them and start new ones.
We can always hope that they find more ways in the future to decrease the game's current RAM demands to enable larger worlds down the road.
For some reason those melons look bad ass to me. I think its because food FINALLY STACKS DAMNIT!!
That is probably the most exciting thing for me in this update, stack-able food. Now I can do some attempting to survive and move away from some peaceful action.
It would probably not work when crouched.

I've got a really easy answer to that question. Everyone is different.
Maybe if you finished reading the post you'd understand what i'm saying.

sorry genki but at this point ur wrong i thing, killfeed is needed at pvp.
I think the world size is fine also. People need to realize how old the 360 is and the limits it has.
