So after seeing blockfortress's God trees. i decided to try my hand at a few and so far this is what ive come up with,
in the background you can see the water elevator that leads to my acheivment rail. this is also the mac height of the map, this should give you some scale as to just how massive this tree is... its treezilla.
im still finishing up the walkway that goes around it along with a few branches and the leaf coverage, after this one i plan to make a nordic ruin tree similar to the one blockfortress made. if anyone wants to see it up close hit me up ill be giving tours as soon as it's done. aslo the acheivement rail is open to the public. let me know what you guys think.
Sending a F/R, I'd really like to see this up close. (Even if it isn't at 100% completion.)

The rail totally makes the tree look bad though. It's too distracting

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
It's pretty good, it needs way more leaves and alot more thinner branches. What I did for mine was I blew up a 50x50 area to bedrock then I capped over it and built the tree. Once complete I went underground and built a huge root system (some roots being exposed on the surface. Then I started building a city on, in , around and under the tree. Once finished I will break the retaining walls and naturalize the land around the base of the tree (it's in the middle of the ocean) letting some water pour down giving a nice touch to root city ahaha.
yeah its not done yet. this is a work in progress as far as th rail goes it has nothing to do with the tree its just a rail i built for the 500m achement and was always meant to be temporary. thats why ts made of dirt.
