They claimed they will add 12 music discs in the next update, however, there are only 11 music discs in the game. So we might get an extra song. It will probably be "where are we now".

According to the Wiki, yes.
I would have to agree with OP that it would most likely be "where are we now". Though I don't care about music discs, this is exciting news. Could it be... the first MC item exclusive to Xbox?
