You know I honestly don't know, but I believe the forums will say when an update will come when its announced. You could also check the developers of Xbox Minecraft's website(I don't remember their name)
If you're talking about what will be in the next update, then check the PC version of the Minecraft wiki. Right now, the Xbox is playing "catch up". So far nothing really "new" has been released for the Xbox version compared to the PC version of Minecraft.
