I've noticed the same thing between the 360 & PC versions. I found that if you adjust your color on your tv it makes it look ALOT better!

4J changed the saturation on the Xbox textures, not sure why or if it was a mistake but after the first patch (pre 1.7) they looked washed out. Boats especially & wood :-(

Hopefully they fix it, but I don't really notice it anymore.

I noticed this too, but I don't know the reason for it. I assume most of the people who replied alright have it right.

The way I noticed is that sunrise and sunset on the PC version is absolutely beautiful compared to those of the Xbox 360 Edition. That leads me to believe that they amped up the graphics or made lighting better or maybe both. Just a guess though.

I think they are going to change the texture and sunrise/sunsets in updates.
They're going to look a lot better.

PC has had a bunch of block texture updates and lighting updates. the most notable lighting update, imo, is the one that adds different tints to everything depending on time of day. like at night there's a blue tint to everything (which i love), at dawn there's a pinkish tint, etc.

Oh yes, I've seen that one before. I don't like some of the blocks though but overall it's pretty nice.
