I found 3 dungeons in one cave today. Then I saw a natural cobblestone generator, naturally made obsidian. I also a lava that looked like a house. :o. (Yeah my world is really bad so that is why I am happy about this stuff. ) I found (obviously) 3 pig spawners in the dungeons. All of this in one cave. I explored twice. I got lost twice. I am going again for my third time and hopefully I stay on topic with the slime thing.

Anyway, has this ever happened to you? Have you ever found something that you find amazing and want to share it with someone else?

Yes, I know they are monster spawners. I was just rushing and I guess forgot the proper name.

I've found lots and lots of naturally made obsidian and bits of lava-made cobblestone; but very little luck in finding monster spawners so far. As for amazing, I've been exploring in two different widely separated cave systems. The one I encountered while drift mining on layer 10. I started the drift at X87, Z160 and by some dumb luck was able to go all the way to X87, Z429 (essentially the edge of world) without encountering lava and only a few smallish caves. At the end, it opened up into a smallish cave with a small lava lake. This is where I decided to poor some water on that lake and began my "life of a diamond pickaxe" experiment. I mined out the obsidian in that lake leaving the cavern around it lit up with torches.

I had pretty much abandoned this drift in my mind, so I decided to explore a cave far away from my mine (I thought). I had literally fallen into it a few sessions ago when I mined away some of that famous falling sand. The hole I fell through into the cave was at X196, Y65, Z398, so that's where I re-entered it today. After exploring for several hours today (off and on with breaks), imagine my surprise when I mined some coal from the floor of that cave and I fell into the cavern I had left behind when I mined out the lava lake from the end of my drift at X87, Z429!

I now have an underground conduit that meanders it's way from X87 to X196 and Z160 to Z429!

I found a slime chunk with a zombie dungeon inside it and 6 diamonds nearby with redstone, lapis, iron, coal, and gold in the surrounding area. It was within the span of 45 min and inside the same cave.

I have never found a dungeon on my world.
