So I made a glass tunnel under the lake near my house but the water on the sides of the tunnel is "flowing". The water on top of the tunnel is still and clear and you can see through it but the water on the sides is moving and hard to see through. I just want to have a good view out of the sides of the tunnel does anybody know how to make the water still. I tried going under water and placing buckets of water where its flowing but it didnt seem to help.

This is a good question, I've run into this problem before, I think I had to fill in the water with blocks and remove them while replacing with a bucket of water.

Place a block (by stacking of course) below the 'current block' and it should be fine. That's what I do to fix water.

I'm sorry to say I don't think there is a fix for this. Ive built many underwater tunnels and domes and the water always seems to flow on the sides. If the trick mobslayer said works please post.
