how do i get some redstone to go on and off without sitting there and fliping a swich

Really? This is the same thread you posted before. And we explained multiple methods to build a clock, even gave you the most basic redstone tutorial in existence.

I'm thinking redstone just isn't your thing, man. Sorry.
