Why does everyone hate creepers ?They have feelings too! Watch this video and you'll understand why creepers hate you.
Yeah, not buying it. Creepers have an unnatural hatred for ALL minecraft players. For instance, I just spawn into a new world and it's nighttime (of course), monsters are on and there is just no where to go. I dash for the ocean and swim out with a pair of zombies and a skeleton in hot pursuit. My avatar treads water for the entire night, praying morning will come quickly. As the dawn starts to break a creeper, wondering why there is all this commotion along the beach, hops down to join his demonic buddies as they leer at the ever tiring swimmer. Seeing that I'm just not going to be able to get back on the beach I swim along the coast until I see what I think is a safe spot to come out of the water. Soggy and exhausted my avatar hauls herself out of the water, takes four steps up a small hill before coming face to face with a pair of creepers making a beeline right for her. I run, but because I'm not familiar with the terrain, fall into a hole and have both creepers fall on top of me. In the end there just just a nice sized crater and a map of where my poor avatar once stood.

I am a Minecraft tourist. I am currently unavailable under the XBoxLIVE ID listed here but can be found under ZombieL0C0. If you see me online playing Minecraft, send a message and I will gladly take a stroll through your world.
By far my scariest moment was when I went to the Nether for the first time. Didn't know anything about the Nether and when I arrived the first screeching of a Ghast threw me for a loop. I was like WTH is making that noise and then a fire ball slammed into me and then one took out my portal. Had no idea what was waiting for me on the other side and I was quickly taught.
I knew what the Nether was like before I went, but I also had a big surprise when I first went there. The portal brought me to a point very high up in the air, with now land anywhere near me. I sneaked so that I could see past the purple light of the portal, and a ghast soon knocked me off, sending me into a huge pool of lava. I didn't go back for a while.
Of course, the next time I went back I found that the portal moved to the middle of a land mass.
The Xbox 360 version is my own real experience with Minecraft. I knew of the games existence, and on a basic level what it was, but never played it or anything. So when I was going through the demo/tutorial it's safe to say I was a noob (heck I still am).
I had followed the tutorials instructions and had survived my first night. It was morning and I thought all the monsters just disappeared or went away in the morning. I had left my shelter and was working on my house when I heard that famous "ssssssss". At the time I had no idea what it was and only had time to think "what is that" when BOOM! I hadn't even seen the Creeper coming. It actually sounded like someone had unloaded a shotgun into my back. Scared the hell out of me and I totally jumped and yelled out. Only after respawning and seeing the crater did I figure out what had happened.
I've had more scares since then, mostly when turning a corner and seeing a mob catch me off guard, but I think that was my scariest moment.
