So me and my friends were playing minecraft the other day (there was 4 of us) and another friend joined through xbox live and about 15 minutes later down in our mine we started getting killed by some invisible mob. It kept killing us and when we finally got all our stuff and the person with it got out we started getting killed on the surface! There where no visible mobs around. What do you thunk this could be, lag, herobrine, or what

happend to me but it happend after i relogged either, um at last patch there was written herobrine removed so i dont think it is him, u may just glitched

I think it is probably a glitched mob, I doubt it would be server lag, that doesn't make sense.

You could have died from suffocating, but the lag caused you to be in a different spot from sand or gravel, while the game still recognizes you're dying from the sand/gravel.
