So I am planning to do a PvP world filled with traps EVERYWHERE and need some help.The most easiest one I can think of involves 4 iron doors, obsidian, stone pressure plate, and TNT.
The basic idea is making a room with obsidian and 4 iron doors place in a certain way with a pressure plate in the middle.The pressure would be on top of a stone block that has TNT right under the obsidian room. Once the player enters the trap, they cannot escape. The iron doors all close up on them, the obsidian on top prevents them from jumping and TNT kills them. The great part of the obsidian is that it doesn't get destroyed from the TNT so remaking the trap is easy enough.
Well enough of that. Does anyone have ideas for traps? Both redstone or non-redstone?
A piston trapdoor with a pressure platevand lava underneath it.
A sand / gravel suffocation system
A dark room made out of obsidian (disguised with a layer of dirt outside so it looks like a harmless dirt shelter ) with an iron door and a pressure plate on the outside so the player can get in but not out, and since its dark mobs will spawn and do the job for you, plus you dont need to reload it yourself.
a pressure plate that opens up holes in the ceiling dropping down lava surrounding the player. or place tnt just low enough under a player that it doesn't kill them but instead causes them to fall into the hole, which then fills with lava from above
The iron door one in there is basically the same as my idea but in mine they explode for the dispenser on in the end, I can make a pulsating redstone signal to make the dispenser constantly shoot. I can also try making it so there are some sticky pistons pushing blocks behind him so they won't be able to escape.
