So i log on to try out the new skin pack (so i can see if its worth buying full version) of course i checked the night before if i had enough to buy it and i did. I also checked this morning. After i get the trial and checked what you get and dont get. i go to buy the full version and it says i only have 10 msp! Before i got it i had 170. ( i got 250 from xbox rewards and spent 80. 250-80=170) After i got the trial i only had 10! What my guess is that the system screwed me over and thought i bought the full version and took my msp. Anyway to get them back? Or unlock the locked skins? I am seriously pissed.

Apparently a few people on here got the full version this morning for free, sounds like MS may be having some issues with how it was listed today. May want to contact xbox and see if they can reverse it for you.

I just contacted Microsoft and she said it didn't show any recent purchase or any microsoft point transactions.

Chances are you won't get refund. I downloaded a Halo reach free demo and Microsoft charged me full price. They said it was their policy to not give refunds. Greedy bastards.
