We should be getting everything from 1.7.3 to the sound update on that list. We might get a few things from later updates(such as breeding and/or enchanting). I don't expect villagers in the next update though, even though we should get villages.

According to the wiki, they could be found in strongholds, but you couldn't get them from trees until the official release. It might be something they bring forward though.

After 1.8.2, we will jump to 1.2.3, so the big things that don't get pulled early should be added in that update.
I'm eager to see villigers, but I fear they are still far off -sigh-
