Does anyone know what song that is in the Minecraft Ad that is on the XBox dashboard? It sounds like a mix of the Minecraft theme with techno. I've tried looking at all the the "techno" Minecraft songs out there that people have made and nine of them sound like it. I think with it being in an ad like that it is done by a professional.

If you're looking for music to play minecraft to check out unicorn kid
Is there a way to have the xbox play a different selection of music in game? I've heard the original songs so many times now that they get old quick...
You can stream music from a pc to your xbox. I use windows media center, but you don't have to. I think you can go straight to your xbox from your pc. Also, i think a portable hard drive plugged into your xbox would work. One last thing, try making music with the note blocks. I made Metallica's Fade to Black. It's awesome. But you have to be close to the blocks to hear it.
On my computer, I just click and drag music files to my portable USB stick, then stick that stick into my Xbox. It might take a minute for the initial load up, but works fine.
^ Do that. Just make sure you load it from your dashboard and not the guide while in a game. I've done that and it took about 10 minutes just to load 4 gigs of music.
You can also rip CD's to your Xbox, but I'm sure you knew that. I have like 40 albums on my hard drive.
Yeah sorry, most of you guys missed what I was asking for. POGOLAUNCHER got what I was asking for. I was looking for a specific song name. Not music to listen to or how to play music. lol. While I appreciate the responses, it helps to read the question rather than just replying to the thread name.

You already had your answer. I don't see what the big deal is, pretty much every thread goes off topic at some point. So what if I was trying to help somebody else?
If you read it correctly, it wasn't the song I was looking for, but one pretty close. A new thread could have been made rather than derailing mine. I would think with your post count, you should know how frustrating it is to have threads derailed. Or is that how you got your posts? Threads going off topic are an issue, the fact that you don't see it as a big deal only contributes to it in a negative way, so thanks for playing.

If I post a thread, asking a question, and somebody answers that question, the thread is done imo. From that point on it is no longer my thread and I don't care what happens to it. Why would I? I already got what I wanted out of it.
I don't think it really does matter to you. At this point, I think you are arguing for the sake of it. First, you complain that we answered your thread wrong and "couldn't read", (we were answering someone else) I corrected you. Then you complained about us answering somebody else's question because it was obstructing the knowledge you were seeking, (even though you had already found that information, or the closest you're going to get to it) I corrected you again. And now you're whining about something else.
I enjoy a good argument, but I can see this is just going to keep going in circles. Sooooo, I'm going to go ahead and take my leave now.
