So there I am getting on minecraft thinking to myself:
I need to get ready for the 1.8 update. I need bookshelves for my enchanting table. No wait if i want to find a stronghold, I need to start a new map.
So i start a new map and create a lot of bookshelves. I then proceed to play for 2 and half hours before i realize i'm not going to find a stronghold. I then exit the game, delete the map, then walk away.
My brain acts in strange ways.

When is the 1.8 update supposed to be coming?
No one knows. Many people think it will be sometime in September, but that is just speculation. The last the 4J has said about it is that there is still many weeks of work left.
Well, by reading the OP, it would seem this person played for at least 3 hours, and accomplished little to nothing.

Well, I actually intended it the other way around. As in, the people that insult someone with mega builds must often do things like this.
Try not to get too booty bothered. My comment was rude and out-of-place, but I wasn't trying to insult any specific person. It kind of seemed like it in the last post, but you did ask. I was just stating the facts.

Actually i do believe there is a hint out. August (somewhere around the 15th) they said it would be "many weeks" before 1.8 comes. So...two months?
