How do I download different worlds with a usb device?

I've got the usb device and I'm currently trying to find out how. Can somebody please explain to me how it works?

As I understand it, you can use a USB memory stick to save your own games if it's formatted right... but to load someone else' maps would require you to spoof the save-game so that the system thinks it's yours. And that right there is an XBox no-no, a violation of ToS.

It's not hard to figure out, but if you can't just use Google. Pretty much everyone has done a tutorial on it.
