Ok so I died from an un pre paired spider attack and on my way back I notice somthing that wasn't there before there was a sandstone/cobble dug into the ground to make it look like a room and I have some knowledge of how the game works and cobblestone dosnt spawn unless lava touches water can someone explain

Did you go inside?
Cobblestone usually means dungeon, unless you had a friend in and they put it there.
