I have a small coblestone 2 story house. the house(and the outside) is really well lit.
What the problens could be:
-An aron door leading to outside which opens by levers.
-1 trapdoor leading to 2nd story
-1 trapdoor leading to my mine (which is right under the house)
If any entrance you have are supported by double doors this could be a problem. 4J said they patched it(or are going to in future updates) but I still have that problem w/my double doors. If you are only using one door per entrance then I suggest moving your bed to a different spot, lighting up the inside of your house more, or even putting a block on the second stair leading up to your bedroom as I have to do this sometimes as well and it works pretty well as long as your bed is upstairs. Try all those options if none work then I'm out of ideas but these have all worked for me so maybe they will for you

i put the bed in the center of the room of the room and it didnt work :/
my door is a single iron door which opens by levers on both sides, both my mine and upstairs are trapdoors and ladders. The entire house is lit and there are no holes in my house, the entire house is closed, yetthey still keep waking me up. D:<
All I can say is that you should make sure your house is properly "torched" meaning all the corners are lit, etc. and I'd suggest just moving your bed to the highest room in your house. Good luck friend! Oh and also don't put your bed in a corner although you may know this you could spawn outside or if they fixed it you could get killed by your house by spawning in the blocks.
