So I've been trying to find slimes forever....with no luck until today.

I used a web based slime finder to locate the chunks they are in determined by the seed number. Dug all the way down to y 4 and cleared out a ton. Three block ceiling height and torches on the walls, one thing I did that turned out to help a ton was making pillars of lava as light sources. When I left and came back, about thirty minutes later there were slimes everywhere. Plus due to the lava flowing in different spots from the ceiling many if the little boogers had already perished and there were a few stacks of slime balls spread amongst the floor. I'm not 100% sure how to post a picture of it but I have them on my Facebook.

Anyways, I've got all the sticky pistons a guy can ask for, just thought I'd share.

I didn't think slimes could spawn on glowstone because it's still considered a glass and slimes can't spawn on glass surfaces. On the other hand a couple of the small slimes knocked me into a lave pit once....yep yep.
