You have to have social sharing enabled in your Xbox Live preferences enabled and to have set up Facebook on your xBox. Then, whne playing MC, just open the pause menu and hit "Y"

I don't think you need a Live Gold memebrship, uncertain about that, however.
Yes, you do need a Gold Account in order to take screenshots. You have to link your Gamertag with your Facebook and that requires a Gold Account because you have to use the Facebook App.

if you don't have xBox live, how did you get the game?!? Note, I don't think you need a Live Gold memebrship, uncertain about that, however.
The game is available at GameStop as a disc download to Xbox.
