Sorry if this was posted already, I didn't see it. Looks like we will be getting a few Jet Force Gemini skins in skin pack 2.
I get the feeling we might be getting a release date soon, given we have seen quite a few skins recently.
I have yet to see a skin I actually like and would wear from any of these...
They should just put up a custom skin maker thing for like 5 bucks or something so that people can make their own skins... Shouldn't be too hard to do right? They could do the same thing for texture packs. Maybe start a community thing where you can see everyone else's skins and texture packs.

I thought the Baird skin was pretty cool. As for a skin editor, you are right in that it wouldn't be that hard to make. The problem lies with copyright infringement. Since 4J would be providing an official skin editor, they would be liable for what people make with it. Whereas Mojang isn't responsible on the PC version because they did not make a skin editor, people from the community did.
Thanks for the new pics of the next skin pack...... As for the skin editor idea..... See ANY of the past related threads/posts...... It's not gonna happen.

No offense to the people who make the skins but there just terrible. Skin pack 2 has only a couple of skins I like ( the left for dead ones ) it's as bad as skin pack one. I hope that skin pack 3 atleast has good skins.

Agreed, skin pack 1 only had a few good skins (i.e. Master Chief). I only see a few good skins in skin pack 2.
I think that TF2 (Team Fortress 2, for anybody who doesn't know) skins would be really cool. Half Life skins would also be really cool.
If 4J added these, I would be happy with them. None of the other skins are turning out to be any good at all.

You just don't like what they make. That doesn't mean they're bad. There is a difference.

This is more likely the reason. Micro$oft has to make their money and more than likely pressure (maybe even force) 4J to keep creating DLC that has to be purchased for the most popular XBLA game to date.

What do you mean pressure or even force 4J? 4J is working for Microsoft. Microsoft hired 4J to work on the Xbox 360 Edition of Minecraft. There is no pressuring or forcing them to do anything. They have to do what Microsoft says period.
Looks kinda cool.
On the topic of a skin creator and that being illegal and what not, well I remember in the guitar hero games they had a really good character creator and people would make things like Spiderman and Iron Man all the time. I never heard of any lawsuits over those.
But really I don't have a problem with them selling skins. Microsoft and 4J are businesses and the point of a business is to make money. So you can't really blame them, and It's not like they give you power ups or anything that make the player obsolete if they don't buy them. *COUGH COUGH EA COUGH COUGH*

That is not true at all. Plenty of console games allow user created content and the users create all manner of things with no restrictions.

Same, I don't like any skins they have released except for the unique ones.
WWE '12 a wrestling game. They allow you to use a paint tool editor on your wrestlers clothes, And or tattoo's.
