I primarily play peaceful mode, so to me it is a big bucket of legos, and I love trying to find alternate uses for items that may not be common, like lining bookshelves with trap doors, to make them look more interesting.
Creative mode will make my big bucket of legos, into an unlimited bucket of legos!
I play survival mode on occasion, and I will still be able to freely play survival mode as I see fit, even after the release of creative mode, and not only that, if there is a particular resource missing, like clay, or sugar cane, or catus, I will be able to fix it myself, instead of waiting for another update.
Just because every tool and item is available, does not mean you must use it! But if the seed generator, mistakenly omits a certain aspect of your world, it will be nice to have the option to correct it, without having to completely start over. This also means that items added in future updates, can be manually added to your existing world, again, without having to start over.
So, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition is an incredibly unlimited game, that allows people to play it within the limitations they decide to set for themselves. Something to keep in mind, before insisting that limitations be put in place that may restrict other players from playing the way they like.
Remember, the difficulty selection, and mode choices are there to use as YOU see fit, not to force on other players. If you want more challenge, bump up the difficulty. If you want it more relaxing, kick it down to peaceful, and enjoy building! There is no right or wrong way to play!
Oh there's a right way and a wrong way to play. The right way is how however you want to play it, the wrong way is playing it your way while crying other people are not playing it your way, whichever that way may be.

Couldn't agree more. It cracks me up and annoys me at the same time when people get mad about how other people enjoy their minecraft experience. I don't remember seeing a instruction guide saying you MUST play it this way or that way. It is played how your imagination takes you.
I play on easy just for having something else to watch for and that is Mobs. I get awfully bored just mining and building on peaceful because I don't need to pay much attention to anything else. Having mobs roaming the land gives me something else to pay attention too. Plus, i love messing with mob grinders.
But to each their own, you play the game how you want it played and not how other people think it should be played.
It's the new duping forum war. Getting kind of tired of hearing about it.
This one was just cleverly disguised as another thread. One day the Xbox 360 Edition community will just learn to leave everyone alone and play the game like the PC community has.
(Yes, I am the forum police. I'm just undercover. Very, very deep cover.)
I like Legos....... Minecraft was a cheaper investment in the long run though...... Play Hard my friend. Do what you will and have fun figuring out how the next piece fits.....

LOL, I will make sure I keep an eye out for you then.. Didn't realize it was a way to rehash a dupe thread. I don't mind people who dupe, I don't do it because of the possibility of getting a bad save file and I just think it will take all the fun out of the game for me. But, if others want to do it, more power to them.
Video game addiction is REAL!!!!!! So are forum addictions....... I'm gonna go play a game now and see you all tomorrow for my daily meeting Have fun kids.......

I guess you could include duping in what I mentioned, although I never thought of it until you mentioned it. I just do not understand why so many topics seem to turn into a "I want to force everyone to play the correct (defined according to user) way" when that does not match the spirit of Minecraft at all! Thus my post

I didn't actually mean duping. I meant this whole "Play the way I want you too" thing has become the forums new duping war. I see more about how people play than I do about duping. Granted it did stem from duping.

And your point is? Are you the forum police?
